Original vs Re-Touched

The pictures on the left are the original un-altered photographs of members of my family. The pictures on the right are re-touched/colorized. I have been working with my sister to re-store and re-touch our family photographs so as to be able to preserve and keep them around a lot longer. Our plan is to eventually complete all (more than 3,000) pictures and put them on a CD rom and distribute to each family member. It's a slow process. We hope you enjoy and if you are interested in photography, you can use these samples as a means to further explore your own creativity.
